Oil The more than 800 olive trees produce olives which are turned into a cold pressed extra-virgin oil ; raw material and traditional method assure an absolute quality and a taste you will never find elsewhere.

Grapes and wine The four hectares of vineyard, thanks to the help of the sour argillaceous ground and the ideal climate, produce excellent grapes, among which the Vernaccia of San Gimignano, which gives the name to the famous wine. The very ancient origins of the Vernaccia were even mentioned by Dante Alighieri in his Divine Comedy, when in the Purgatory he talks about Martino IV and his weakness for the Vernaccia of San Gimignano. However in the following years the famous admirers of this wine will be a lot , among which Pope Paolo III, and Lorenzo il Magnifico.

Crops The respect of the nature begins from the respect of our traditions. Ancient customs as the crops rotation and the "sovescio" allow us to reduce the impact of our activity on the territory. The rotation allows us to improve the fertility of the soil without using chemical fertilizers and contributes to interrupt the vital cycle of some harmful organisms for the crops, in a natural way.
