Our rates are differentiated according to the period and the type of apartments. As international custom, in the summer period, between the end of June and the end of August, we can only accept reservations in advance and for a whole week or multiples weeks, from Saturday to Saturday. During the rest of the year we can be more flexible, also offering overnight stays individuals and double rooms with bathroom (excluding kitchen and living room). Apartments rates include electricity, water, hot water, gas, linen(changed weekly) and the use of the swimming pool . Rates do not include final cleaning ( compulsory, € 8,00 per person for a minimum of € 25,00 ) and heating (€10,00-20,00 per the day) if required and necessary.
